Compatriots and friends,
Our Sandhills Chapter Wreaths Across America sponsorship is currently less than half of what it was last year (2021- 64 Wreaths) and we only have 35 days to go. We need all the help we can get at this point. The price to sponsor a wreath this year is the same $15.00 as last year. Our poster for Wreaths Across America is attached for your use. The goal of this program, working with the Boy Scouts and other organizations is to place memorial wreaths on ALL of the American Veteran gravesites at the Pine Lawn Cemetery in Southern Pines. On December 17th, when the wreaths are placed on the gravesites, the name of the Veteran will be said Out Loud to ensure that they are never forgotten.

Please try to get the word out to family, friends, folks at church,businesses, and members of other clubs and organizations that you are associated with.
You are also invited to participate in placing the wreaths on the Veterans gravesites on December 17th, 11:00 AM at the Pine Lawn Cemetery, at 1105 Morganton Rd., Southern Pines, NC 28387.
This is a great national patriotic event and our chapter will receive a $5.00 return for every wreath that is sponsored by our organization. Your support is greatly appreciated.
