Sandhills SAR Chapter Hosts September Dinner at Pine Crest Inn
The Sandhills Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution held its September dinner meeting at the historic Pine Crest Inn. During the evening, members were recognized for their years of service to the organization. Bruce Fensley received a 10-year membership award, while Chuck Spelman was honored with a 5-year membership award.
The chapter also welcomed guest speaker Dan Hopping, who delivered an engaging presentation. In appreciation of his contribution, Mr. Hopping was presented with a certificate of appreciation from the chapter.
The Sandhills Chapter continues its mission to promote patriotism, preserve American history, and honor the legacy of those who fought for independence.
